Hi my loves!!!! Raffle Time!!!

Very Important you can't use the WELCOME10 or any other discount code, your entries will not be valid and we can't REFUND.

  1. Purchase as many entries as you want under the same order.
  2. Raffle winner will be chosen January 20th, 2026 through a TikTok live.
  3. You will be contacted by email so please add your email to your entries.
  4. You will have the option between any crew neck and shirt, with a tote bag and a 20oz or 16oz tumbler. 
  5. The shipping will also be paid by us.
  6. Once contacted we will have you choose your items and confirm your size.
  7. You will get the option to choose from any of the items in our store!!!
  8. Before checking out please enter your size under the notes option.
  9. Make sure to have the exact name of the items once you are contacted and that your shipping address is correct.

Shipping policy

 All products are shipped out of Florida, USA. Orders will be shipped out within 14-21 business days after placing an order. (A reminder that business days are 9am- 5pm Monday through Friday).  After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and or phone number that you provided during checkout. If you have any tracking inquiries please contact USPS/ UPS so they can best serve you. 

MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK TO YOU. WHAT DO I DO?

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout we will reach out to you via email. For you to receive your package you must purchase a shipping label that will be provided to you in the email. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or changes to order as they go directly into processing once the order is placed. 

 Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.

MY ORDER STATES IT IS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?

If your order states that it is delivered but you haven't received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives. If it doesn't arrive please reach out to UPS or USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.
